This is Broken Hill Jack and other speakers sharing in Newcastle Australia 1981. Jack came from Broken Hill but spent most of his time in Sydney and his final 20 plus years in Adelaide South Australia.
Jack passed away early in the new millennium.
He was possibly Australia's most well known AA member, an icon of sorts and when he passed away accumulated nearly 50 years of sobriety. His favorite saying was, "Stick with the winners son, stay away from the mugs" along with his promotion of vitamin b1 for the recovering alcoholic.
FYI...Jack is the last speaker.
